We've been exclusively mandated by a financial services company to help them hire their next Network Manager.
They have an extremely well regarded presence across the PNW, and are looking to hire a candidate with an excellent technical back in Cisco networking to be a manager for their networking team. You must be able to able to be hands on and teach/mentor the team with credibility, and a people leadership background is key. Architecture experience would be great.
This team is excellent - they are incredibly stable, innovative and tech forward. The business is also massively invested in the technology teams so they are able to drive exciting changes with business backing. They pride themselves on balancing people centric culture with urgency, intensity and a desire to win - they're rated a top place to work, and have never missed a project goal in 18 years.
The role is onsite in Pocatello - on top of base salary the wider package including 401k, pension and world class benefits is easily worth another 10-12% on top. They offer 18 days PTO with the opportunity to earn an additional 27 days, plus 11 federal holidays. That's 11 weeks off a year.
