Essential Job Functions / Duties :

• Purchases various types of grains from different sources.
• Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other date to determine reasonable prices.
• Keep accurate inventories of usages and needs.
• Monitor changes that could affect supply and demand.
• Keep accurate records of grain contacts.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Significant travel (mostly local) for current and potential farmer contacts.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies.
• Able to execute various projects and tasks assigned by manager.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient computer skills.
• Excellent phone communication skills and etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
