Our after-hours response team is a well-coordinated group of caregivers dedicated to being the anchor of calm amidst the storm. When patients and families reach out for care, we are there to swiftly travel throughout our assigned area, offering the vital support and comfort they need during these vulnerable moments.
Hospice nurses play a vital role in helping patients spend their final days in a way that truly reflects who each individual is and what matters to them most. Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan and make necessary adjustments
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Registered Nurse Position Qualifications:

• 1 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required
• Active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Ability and Interest to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities

Registered Nurse Benefits & Schedule:

• Schedule: Days: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Ability to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization
• Competitive industry pay rate of $40-$60/hour dependent on shift & experience.
