Our Magnolia Trails™ communities offer specialized memory care in a homelike environment for seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Through this person-centered approach, we provide residents with a tailored care plan encompassing daily care, the physical environment, activities, meaningful connections and nutrition.
Position Details
Varied Days and Hours between 5-12 hours/week; $18-19/hour depending on experience.
Under the direction of the Executive Director or Assistant Director drives residents to scheduled trips and events. May
assist with other in-house activities or assist with maintenance tasks as requested. Is an Ambassador of good-will to all residents, their guests and families; performs the timely and safe delivery of residents in accordance to transportation schedules; maintains company vehicle fleet in excellent mechanical and physical condition and assists as directed with activity programming.
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required. Minimum of one-year successful experience
operating a bus is required. Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
