Kurtz Ersa, Inc is looking for a dedicated self-starter interested in growing a new skillset or expanding a current one as a Service Technician/Field Service Engineer in our Particle Foam and Foundry machine business unit. We are a global power player in the field of machine building for the protective packaging, construction insulation and automotive markets. Our company’s product line ranges from Particle Foam machines, Low Pressure Die cast and Trim Press Machines to 3-Dimensional metal printers.

Ideal candidates will be self-starters, great communicators, problem solvers, adaptive, and ready to take on a challenge. Some travel to customer sites throughout North America for installation projects may be required.

Electrical wiring knowledge or interest is required.

Technical school graduate or student recommended, but not required.

Technical ability is a must.

Will consider a high school graduate interested in growing their skillset and ultimately traveling.

• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Rebuild machines, this includes electrical work
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
