The Integration Services Manager will lead the project resources and project management to implement software application/system requirements of prioritized business and IT projects for business functional areas

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Integration services and for ensuring that these meet the requirements of the Business
• Able to understand complex technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applied's IT functions pertaining to business functional areas.
• Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implement the requirements of prioritized business and IT projects.
• Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas. In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements.
• Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership.

What you will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Masters degree preferred
• At least 5 years Integration experience
• Experience with Salesforce or Oracle preferred
