Family Owned Manufacturer & Distributor of industrial gaskets & rubber seals looking for self-motivated & highly organized shipping/packaging personnel to:

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments

• Inspect rubber parts using scopes & optical comparators

• Assemble and prepare orders for shipment

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.

• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet requirements.

• Maintains inventory of materials and supplies.

• Operates fork lift or hand truck to accomplish shipping/receiving duties.

• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.

• Maintains cleanliness throughout the warehouse and carries out facilities maintenance duties as needed.

• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness.

• Assist in production when needed

• At least 2 years of shipping & receiving experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
