**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves utilizing various software tools and platforms to assist customers with their inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
**Duties:**
- Market and communicate company products or services to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide sales support and account management services
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions effectively
- Ability to obtain insurance license
