Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning windows in various settings, including commercial buildings and residential homes. Duties:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Use ladders or other equipment to reach high windows safely
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed while working at heights
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies
Skills:
- Previous experience in window cleaning or related custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a streak-free finish on windows
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
