PATTERSON OIL COMPANY is Hiring a Store Manager Near Pleasant Hill, MO
The Facility Leader is responsible for the management of the day-to-day store and restaurant operations, including store profitability, customer service, merchandising, employee staffing and recruitment, employee relations and retention along with strong leadership skills. The Facility Leader may perform housecleaning duties as necessary and are responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures. The manager will create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. The desired candidate must have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self-motivated, dependable, have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-pace environment while maintaining total customer focus. Previous retail management required.
