THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE CA. SUMMARY The Inside Sales Rep position is responsible for executing a sales plan for the assigned customer base that includes building a stronger relationship with our customers through providing parts and service solutions to support the operation and maintenance of their equipment.

This position will also work with the parts and service departments to provide the best support for our customers. This position also will primarily be working by phone and e-mail to communicate and connect with customers.

• Regular outbound sales calls including account planning and strategy sessions with the Sales Manager
• Qualifying leads and building relationships with customers.
• Assemble quotations for machine repairs and parts sales
• Maintain log of calls and quotes.
• Surfaces up leads for other divisions and machine sales.
• Proactive account management on assigned accounts
• Updates and maintains CRM system with customer information, leads, activities and sales.
• Engage in continued training to keep current on a range of products.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. COMPENSATION Wage Range : $48,000 Annual Base Commission Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
