Roof Plus is seeking a determined full-time Roofing Salesperson to create a robust network in and around the Point Pleasant, NJ community in order to market our professional roof repair and replacement services. Have you worked in auto sales? Do you want steady work? This sales position works between 8 am and 6 pm, with varying end times, and some Saturday work is available but not required. You will earn a great commission resulting in earnings of $70,000-$130,000per year, based on skills and performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A ROOFING SALESPERSON

In this sales role, you play an important role in ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You work with provided leads to evaluate our client's roofing needs then clearly, accurately, and honestly explain the best options for them. Referring to customer requests and specifications, you make appropriate product and service offerings.

You act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. Following up on customer questions, needs, or concerns, you make sure customers are educated about the process and are excited to work with us. Closing leads and ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

ROOFING SALESPERSON QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license with relatively clean driving record
• Comfortable with heights
• Some sales experience
