Seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Reliability Manager to oversee the implementation and development of predictive and preventative maintenance activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring equipment and process reliability, promoting safe, timely, and efficient high-quality production through effective leadership of maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will maintain equipment to top standards through a robust preventative maintenance program, and drive continuous improvement in both staff and equipment by developing key metrics.
Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct employees in repairing electrical and mechanical systems of industrial machinery and equipment
• Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion
• Manage equipment calibrations and scheduling of maintenance technicians
• Diagnose malfunctions and provide guidance on repairs
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process improvement
• Identify equipment and process deficiencies and collaborate with the operations team to achieve objectives
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend operational improvements
• Ensure maintenance associates are trained and equipped for safe and effective maintenance activities
• Maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders and equipment history
• Track and improve maintenance metrics such as asset utilization and maintenance cost

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Previous technical supervisory experience
• 5 years of electrical and mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment
• Digital controls troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel
