Location: Onsite in Plano, TX
Salary: $Open Depending on Experience Bonus Equity
Requirements
- 5-10 Years of Experience
- Strong SOC Experience
The position will lead and manage customer success in the area of security operations. The position works closely with customers in order to identify and implement security solutions that meet their needs and ensure successful product use.
This is a new position on a new team and there are a ton of opportunities for growth.
This is a full time, permanent position onsite in our Plano office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute security operations transformation plans with customers
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to strengthen relationships
- Drive upselling and cross-selling security products and services
- Remove roadblocks to make customer successful in the transformation journey
- Provide post-sales support and advice
- Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week
- 5-10 years of security operations experience
- Successful track record working in and navigating large SAAS or enterprise software environments, building trusted relationships at all levels in the organization
- Exceptional follow-through with the ability to manage customer requests
- Possess exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Google Chronicle
- Customer facing experience
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, or MDR
