Springling Therapy is a small, female-owned ABA company with locations in Dallas and Plano, Texas that is committed to providing superior care for our patients while supporting those that make it happen. We work as a team, so we are looking to identify a complimentary new member – a person with a strong work ethic, a desire to have a strong work-life balance, and someone who excels at individualized programming and care. We specialize in naturalistic developmental behavior intervention (NDBI) strategies focusing on high-quality intervention, currently serving 12 months – 5 years.
What would you do? Responsibilities
- Design and oversee high-quality intervention programs for patients
- Minimum caseload of 5 patients; maximum of 8 patients
- Conduct weekly parent sessions
- Conduct weekly staff supervision as indicated in the treatment plan
- Conduct assessments and assist in insurance authorizations
- Consult with other providers on patient care (speech, OT, etc.)
- Perform other job duties, as assigned or requested based on interests

- BCBA certification
- Strong knowledge and experience with NDBI’s, ESDM, PRT, or Incidental Teaching practices is a plus
