Rizzo Packaging has an exciting opportunity for a Line Leader to join our company at our Plainwell, MI facility. Rizzo Packaging offers an excellent benefits package, including health, 401-K with match, bonus and more. This is for a 1st shift full time position.

The candidate must have HS diploma/GED, 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing or a mechanical type position is desired. If you have mechanical ability and the desire to learn, we will train you. This is a clean environment machine (no oil, grease, etc…). This position will report to the Production Supervisor.

The following are required:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Be on feet for 8 hours at a time
• Lift 40 pounds
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Be able to use a tape measure

The following are preferred:

• Organized with continuous improvement orientation
• Willingness and ability to work overtime hours including weekends
• Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
