Central Connecticut Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Endodontist to join our established practice in Plainville, CT, part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

  • In business since 1971
  • 50% PPO, 50% FFS
  • Schedule: 1-2 days per month, flexible days
  • Active patients: 4,500
  • Dr. Chairs: 3 Hygiene Chairs: 6

Compensation

  • Strong minimum guarantee of $1,500 and 50% of collections
  • Malpractice insurance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Connecticut, in good standing.
  • Completion of a residency program in endodontics.
  • At least 3-5 year of clinical experience.
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
  • Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
  • Willingness to be in-network as needed.
