What You'll Do:

• The primary responsibilities of a home health nurse include monitoring vital signs and performing tests, caring for wounds or injuries, assessing healing, and administering treatments.
• Nurses also document changes in behavior and progress, eating habits, and overall mood, depending on the situation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Pennsylvania State LPN License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as LPN.
• Should have homecare experience.
• Nurse must have Oasis experience with documentation.
• Certification BLS
• Shift 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week.
