NOW HIRING: HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff and management to fill open shifts promptly.
  • Utilize scheduling software to input and update employee schedules accurately.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet staffing requirements and address unexpected absences.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes, shift assignments, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with staffing regulations and policies.

HR CoordinatorQualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling preferred.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with nursing home regulations and compliance standards preferred.
