ROLE OVERVIEW:
Schedule: Full time 40 hour work week Tuesday-Saturday
Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator that can schedule a customer’s flooring installation service for ~5-10 installers in a specified area. In this role, you will be working to strategically schedule & fill your installers while accommodating customer’s scheduling needs. You will be contacting each customer directly by phone to schedule them accordingly and inform them of the installation process. You will have aid with a superior scheduling software that assists you in scheduling, routing, and assigning installer workload. You will additionally have a dedicated team of 7-8 scheduling coordinators that are truly a delight to work with & can assist you. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure that the installers are scheduled well and efficient. You will additionally be working with the District Service Manager who directly manages the installers. There will be 1-on-1 training expected to be completed within 2 weeks with a predefined SOP & training plan.
