**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to patients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address their needs. MUST be licenced in MA or NY.
**Duties:**
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families (not required to do all)
- Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis management techniques
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs
- Collaborate with team members and supervisor
**Skills:**
- Experience working with clients in a psychotherapist role
- Proficiency in client care and treatment planning
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Strong skills in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
