We are seeking a Production Technologies Specialist to join our dynamic team, dedicated to creating exceptional building material sample designs that "Win the Moment". As a key member of our team, you will utilize a range of cutting-edge production technologies to bring our designs to life in the most innovative and high-quality formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate production technologies to identify the best-in-class solutions for creating building material sample designs.
• Utilize high-definition image capture technology to ensure the highest level of detail and quality in our designs.
• Coordinate with commercial printing capabilities to produce samples that meet our exact specifications and standards.
• Implement closed-loop color control systems to maintain consistency and accuracy across all production processes.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate the unique aspects of our brand into every aspect of the marketing tool.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in production technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards in the production process.
• Provide support and guidance to the production team to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, industrial design, or engineering.
• Proven experience working with production technologies, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of high-definition image capture, commercial printing, and color control systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,412.78 - $90,271.30 per year
