Job Summary:
Support scientific and engineering efforts in manufacturing newly developed cosmetic products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multi-functional teams in product development and manufacturing.
Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
Conduct equipment qualifications and support process validations.
Prepare technical documents and work instructions.
Provide maintenance to equipment and clean room facilities.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
Record and report test results.
Maintain records and equipment.
Achieve proficiency through training.
Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
High attention to detail.
Hands-on and motivated.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for 4 - 8 hrs, and perform detailed tasks.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Understanding of basic biology, chemistry, physics, and mechanics.
Prior cosmetic manufacturing experience preferred.
