For nearly 50 years, KOBOLD Instruments has engineered, manufactured, and sold instruments for monitoring, measuring, and regulating flow, pressure, level, and temperature. We offer one of the broadest lines of sensors, switches, and transmitters in the industry. As our team continues to grow into the Industrial Instrumentation partner of choice, we are seeking an Assembler II at our location in the Robinson Township area that has easy access from the Parkway West.

What will I do?

The primary responsibility of this position is to build components and parts, while making sure the production process meets all quality requirements.

  • Receive and review all work orders and Bills of Material for accuracy and completion.
  • Pull and verify necessary parts for assembly.
  • Build customer units to defined specifications.
  • Test all completed assemblages.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve any issues using established guidelines; Re-test as needed.
  • Accurately label all completed units.
  • Post-assembly- audit all completed units, package product, inventory, and send to shipping team.
  • Clean and maintain water stands; sanitize workstations daily.
  • Re-stock parts to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Adjust and document order data as needed.

What would make you a great fit:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of (5) or more years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of programming software
  • Experience using ERP software is a plus
  • High school or GED completion required; Post-secondary education preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and safety orientation
  • Team player, with an emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and reliability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Benefits

· Starting Pay Grade: $17 to $20 per hour based on experience.

This position is hourly with hours of Monday to Friday; 7:00am – 3:30pm.
