What You’ll Do :

• Troubleshoot the Windows 10 desktop and identify network connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware and software deployment and relocation services.
• Communicate effectively and work well as a team.
• Provide timely performance against the Project Plan.
• Document completion and note exceptions, such as defective equipment.
• Provide world-class customer service according to TEKsystems quality standards.
• Follow developed installation processes.

What We’re Looking For :

• Deployment experience.
• Imaging PC experience.
