Horiba is Hiring a Quality Analyst Near Piscataway, NJ
- Maintains and Manages Quality Key Performance Indicator reports; identifies trends, suggests solutions and improvements
- Completes Quality Internal Audits
- Drives both Internal and External Corrective Actions within a variety of settings, including Internal, External, Supplier and Affiliate Corrective Actions; Performs root cause analysis as needed; manages Corrective action system database
- Ensures compliance to internal regulatory and Quality systems; Calibrated instruments and Training programs
- Implements and improves procedures to increase process efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality throughout the organization
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in relative Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a quality or equivalent role within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 concepts
- Must have excellent Communication skills
- Must have excellent Spreadsheet and database skills
- Must be able to work independently and produce on-time deliverables
- Must be able to multi task with excellent follow-through skills
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Desired Skills
- Some knowledge of managing databases is a plus
- Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Process Control preferred
