JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Collaborate with project customers and SMEs to migrate legacy claims and underwriting application into web-based application. Analyze and perform gap analysis, strategy analysis, feasibility analysis for workflows and design new workflows.. Design UI wireframes. Design rating formulae for premium calculations based on regulatory requirements. Review rating worksheet and statistical coding to resolve out of balance policies. Design reference tables and XML mapping documents that are sent to external vendors over webservices. Conduct regression analysis for SQL views and Windows schedulers to verify business workflow is intact. Data analysis for integration with upstream and downstream applications. Prepare product backlog in Jira, get estimates from SMEs and prepare project roadmap. Create planned iterations, execute sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, daily standups, sprint end demo within various Agile teams. Review open risks, report project status, project resources like time, cost, efforts, tools etc. with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

MS (or equiv) in Comp Sci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 3 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
