This position provides preventative health services for employees such as vaccinations, new employee health assessments, and work-related employee exposure follow up.
Bachelor degree in nursing, with a current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact required
Minimum 3 years in clinical area, preferred experience in Employee Health/Occupational Health setting
Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in computer systems especially Windows and Microsoft Office
Certification in Occupational Health or Infection Control preferred
Additional skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong nursing assessment skills and knowledge of CDC and OSHA standards. Ability to handle unexpected incidents. Strong organizational skills. Ability to facilitate teams. Ability to analyze data.
