Computer Systems Analyst (Junior):
Specific Work/Tasks∙ Gather requirements for reporting.
∙ Follow the agency Center of Excellence procedures for projects.
∙ Develop and maintain data models consistent with agency requirements and needs.
∙ Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
∙ Develop and maintain detailed documentation of developed solutions and instructional procedures.
∙ Attendance at MSP ITD meetings (as required).
∙ Regular status reporting of assigned tasks to MSP supervisor.
∙ After-hours support (as required).
∙ Other duties as assigned. Deliverables/Acceptance Criteria∙ Tableau data models, dashboards, and reports.
∙ Documentation of instructions and methodology. Education:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field. General Experience:
Must have three (3) years of computer experience in technical assignments working under close supervision and direction. Specialized Experience:
∙ At least one (1) year of experience creating SQL queries.
∙ At least one (1) year of experience with Tableau Desktop.
∙ At least one (1) year of experience using Tableau Server.
∙ At least one (1) year of experience using Tableau Prep. Preferred: • Knowledge of Python (programming language).
