Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the upkeep of all the hotel and equipment. This position will report directly to the Chief Engineer.

Duties:

- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Run and manage the daily preventative maintenance program
- Experience with high voltage systems
- Oversee facilities management, including building repairs and maintenance
- Supervise all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in facilities management
- Demonstrated ability in supervising maintenance staff
