Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and a strong attention to detail. Duties: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers - Mix and match paint to desired colors and textures - Apply paint using various methods such as airless paint spraying or hand painting - Operate and maintain painting equipment - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Qualifications: - Previous experience in industrial painting, auto painting, or related fields - Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint accurately - Familiarity with hand tools for surface preparation and finishing work - Experience with machining, welding, fabricating, or assembly work is a plus - Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous Join our team as an Industrial Painter and showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment.
