Greenville Health is Hiring a LPN (License Practical Nursing) Near Piedmont, MO

Greenville Health Care Center is looking for an LPN, that will care for our residents, like they are their family. We have made work a fun, family-like team approach to caring for those who need it the most.

We are currently seeking a LPN to join our team. We want nurses who are energetic; results oriented, have strong leadership and supervisory skills, and are team players. Successful applicants will also have a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by psychiatric residents, and enjoy working with elderly and those with special needs. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri LPN license, current CPR certification, previous LPN experience, and an excellent regulatory compliance record.

Shifts Available:

  • Nights (6:00 PM - 06:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
  • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
