JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application functions.
- Develops analysis of system design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts.
- Analyzes software development, hardware configuration, and system reliability, maintainability, and availability.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Secret Clearance is required prior to start
- 3-5 years of SAP experience with 3 in Federal Financials / Public Sector Accounting
- Expert in the Finance, Controlling, and Funds Management modules of SAP ECC 7.0.
- Strong experience in understanding and meeting compliance requirements for Department of Defense (DOD) Laws, Regulations, and Policies (LRPs)
- Supporting internal (DoDIG, GAO, AAA) and commercial audit engagements, providing responses and managing corrective actions
- Two full implementation project/deployment lifecycle experience
- Extensive experience with the functions related to AA, AP, AR, GL, Budgetary ledger, billings, cash advances, interest expense etc.
- Functional integration experience with other SAP modules specifically with PS,HR, SD,MM,PP & PM
- Experience in using BW & ECC queries for financial reporting
- Discrete manufacturing SAP experience
- Solution Sustainment Experience a plus
- 2 years of DoD experience in reviewing and understand compliance requirements for DoD LRPs relative to SAP configured and delivered capabilities to enable Government Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) operational activities
- 2 years of DoD experience executing life cycle processes to meet the compliance requirements
- 2 years of DoD experience providing active support to for audits with DoDIG, GAO, AAA and other auditing entities
- 2 years of DoD experience developing responses/work-products based on the request from audit agencies
- 2 years of DoD experience reviewing audit agencies reports and recommending corrective action"
