Job Description
Our client, an established Property Management Firm, is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team. The positions are full-time permanent with great benefits, housing and room for growth.
Things to know about this role :
Salary range at $40,000-$45,000 base paid housing paid training strong benefits package
Paid housing is included in this position! This role is located in Phoenixville, PA 19460. All applicants that do not need on-site housing must live within a 20 minute drive of the property (no exceptions).

Paid training as needed for continuous improvement.
Schedule : Monday-Friday

On-call rotation for emergency calls and weekends (up to 2 weekends per month)
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property, addressing residents' maintenance requests promptly, and contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in Real Estate, apartment or residential settings. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
