**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drywall installation, finishing, and repair work. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and attention to detail in the construction industry. **Duties:** - Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels for drywall installation - Apply tape, mud, and sand seams to blend and smooth drywall surfaces - Repair damaged drywall and prepare surfaces for painting - Work with construction plumbing for fixture installation - Perform caulking, mold remediation, and construction painting tasks as needed **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role - Proficiency in reading blueprints and following specifications - Knowledge of construction estimating for material calculations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Familiarity with maintenance person tasks is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with expertise in drywall finishing and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
