The role of Senior Geotechnical Engineer comes with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and will provide you with the opportunity to:Support and lead tailings storage facility projects in the design, construction, operation and closure phases for global mining projects.Contribute to risk assessments, dam safety assessments and risk-informed decision makingEngage with clients, colleagues and suppliers on environmentally focused field programs and design solutionsWork with the latest versions of industry softwareLead less experienced staff through the methodologies of TSF design solutionsBuild client rapport that develops projects from feasibility through to mine closure phasesExpand your knowledge by attending conferences and trainingsBe an ambassador for and potentially become an owner of KCB What we require:We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:A degree in civil, geotechnical, or geological engineering, with a track record of continued developmentAt least 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, applied to mining projects. You must be eligible to register as professional engineer in the US.
