1Care Hospice is Hiring a RN Case Manager - Hospice Near Phoenix, AZ

We're looking for a full time Case Manager Registered Nurse(RN) to cover the greater Phoenix area. This is a salaried position with gas reimbursement. You are expected to drive to different patient's homes provide non-rushed care at their place of residency.
As a family owned hospice we are very employee centered, and believe in work life balance! We have a moderate case load of 10-14 patients/weekly so our nurses don't burn out. You can also build your own schedule and decide when you want see the patients. Most of the visits occur during the daytime which allows you to have a social life or raise a family on a normal schedule. Some of our nurses work 4x10 shifts which allow them to have an extra day off as well. This is as low stress and as close to a 9-5 nursing job that you can find.
Experience is always welcome, but not required. If you do have hospice experience, please allow us to show you why we are different.
Our modest list of requirements for this position:
- A valid RN license in the state of Arizona(compact ones work just as well)
- A BLS certification
- 1 year of hospice care experience is preferred, but not required
- The ability(vehicle and driver's license) and the desire to travel and provide care at different patient's homes.
