- 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to create exceptional relationships with team, customer and vendors
- Experience managing food, beverage and catering partnerships
- Proven experience creating and managing budgets and interpreting P&L reports
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
- Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
- Develop, plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of events and offerings
- Accountable for site budget and presenting monthly financial reports
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with building management to review success metrics
- Implement various marketing channels, such as newsletters, email campaigns, digital marketing and printed materials
- Create and foster relationships with local area luxury retail, hotel, and restaurant partners
- Support leasing efforts including tours, marketing collateral, and hospitality special touches
- Onboard, manage, train and develop on-site staff
