We are currently seeking an experienced System Support Engineer / Helpdesk. This is a full-time salaried position. You will join a team of engineers doing various jobs to complete basic and complex tasks and solving problems with creative solutions. You will have direct ownership of your work, self-sufficient, and have opportunities to learn many different technologies and quickly grow to various server support jobs if desired. Special projects will be available based on desired learning path. You will be rewarded for working smart, communication, creativity and innovation.
In this role, you will have multiple responsibilities including providing technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, or software. Respond to requires and requests for assistance, isolate problems, and determine resolutions. Office productivity tools support, implementing new tools, upgrades, end user support for a fast-growing office of 200 , spread across multiple offices.
