Pflugerville Smiles Dentistry/Jester Village Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Pflugerville, TX

We offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Office Hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Friday 9 am - 1 pm. Additional Compensation:
Bonuses potential to earn up to 52,000/year.

If you are a dental assistant with at least 2 years of experience and have a strong understanding of exceptional patients care , we would love to get to know you!```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Take and record patients' vital signs
- Perform dental x-rays and process dental images
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems ( open dental)
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

```Requirements```
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Current certification in dental assisting (CDA) required
- X-ray certification required
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
