As a Salesforce Implementation Manager at Generac, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency within the sales teams supporting Consumer Power. Your primary focus will be on managing and improving our sales tools, with a particular emphasis on rollout and implementation of Salesforce CRM, to ensure our sales team can operate at peak performance. You will work closely with sales leadership and IT to understand their needs, analyze sales data, and implement strategies that drive sales effectiveness and achieve company goals.
The position is responsible for owning, implementing, and continuously improving our Salesforce instance, while staying within guidelines of corporate Salesforce.com Center of Excellence. The successful individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, IT, Channel Management, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure sales goals and objectives are being met, providing value, and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. They will identify gaps in processes and provide recommendations based on data and analysis to improve ongoing processes. They will stay in tune with the Salesforce functions to recommend implementing different features based on business challenges the team encounters.
