Panhandle Support Services, a Modivcare Home care company in WV is looking for a FT RN Clinical supervisor. The clinical supervisor is responsible to ensure quality, evaluate the patient's plan of care and assess their physical and Psychosocial needs.
Position Spotlight...
- Schedule: FT – Monday through Friday 8a-430p
- Office: 12 Maple Hill Avenue- Suite 1, Petersburg, WV 26847

- Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities
- Help provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home
- Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition
- Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining the client's needs in the home
- Complete updates to the plan of care as needed
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being
- Work with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed correctly
- Aging/Elderly
- Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Profound ID, etc)
- Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc)
Mineral, Hampshire, Grant, Hardy, Tucker, Pendleton
We are excited to speak to someone with the following…
- Current RN WV License
- 1 year professional experience as an RN in the United States
- Current CPR certification
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Preferred
- Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
- Ability to prioritize workload in an appropriate manner.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work in and create a team environment.
- Effective time management and scheduling skills with a certain amount of flexibility
