Job Location: Creation Museum - Petersburg, KY
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/year

Description

The Project Analyst will play a vital role in the operations of the Design department. This role will work with many different AiG departments to ensure that product design and website design projects are completed on time. This position will require extensive coordinating, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Experience with managing both large and small projects is important. Candidates should be familiar with developing workflows that encompass writers, editors, designers, branding, programming, web, and marketing. The ideal candidate will also have professional experience with quality assurance during a project cycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks for team members are equally important.

The Project Analyst will also handle a wide range of administrative tasks and work independently with little or no supervision. They will need to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining an accurate workflow within our project management software. They will also perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting Design Team leadership with needed tasks. This position is also accountable for displaying our Core Values of SERVE when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion.

Qualifications


Responsibilities

  • Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.

  • Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
  • Coordinate projects from ideation to completion working closely with multiple AiG departments throughout the project’s lifecycle
  • Assist the Design Team Director in developing and maintaining workflows for all design projects using our project management software
  • Assist in developing and maintaining workflows for other design projects as needed
  • Follow through independently with all project stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Independently identify roadblocks to a project’s completion and suggest solutions, including identifying necessary resources
  • Assist with product and marketing research for new physical and digital product endeavors, keeping current with trends in product development, marketing, and social media.
  • Provide quality assurance support for projects, which may include reviewing materials and evaluating their adherence to set project guidelines
  • Coordinate feedback loops between Design Team and other teams, such as content, marketing, editorial, and others
  • Schedule needed Design Team meetings, attending, and taking minutes when needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Design Team leadership for tracking project success, product performance, and team metrics
  • Work with product and marketing teams to analyze product sales performance, website traffic stats, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.

  • Superior project management skills to include creating workflows, prioritizing tasks, and following up with project stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing large, design and technology projects (i.e., products, marketing, websites, etc.)
  • Able to work well under pressure, determine priorities, and produce results
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Keynote
  • Experience with ClickUp (or other project management system), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Power BI helpful
  • Willing and able to adapt to tight deadlines and changes in schedule
  • Cares about people and a positive team dynamic

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field, such as project management, business, communication, or technology
  • Three years administrative or project management experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a technology or analysis role helpful
