PLASMA THERM LLC is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Petersburg, FL
- Generate new business to maximize potential in various industries primarily in sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding and minor assembly.
- Accurately interpret customer requirements, create quotations, and manage communications with customers.
- Ensure growth of existing accounts by developing long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate internal support activity to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Actively participate in sales and marketing activities, including attending tradeshows, conferences, and other lead generation events.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Achieve annual targets for revenue and gross margin on orders within assigned territory
- Manage expenses within Company’s policies and budgets.
- Other duties as assigned,
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, or manufacturing sales experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, major credit card (for business travel)
- Must be a self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication and organization skills
- Must havestrong technical and manufacturing comprehension (knowledge in tooling and manufacturing processes)
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQ’s, and when submitting reports
- Must be reliable, completing internal tasks in a timely manner to ensure the ability to follow through on committed actions for customers
- Must have the ability to travel as required to support Sales activities for new or prospective business
- Must be a self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication and organization skills

- The normal work environment is typical of a machine shop with many moving parts, and is typically noisy
- While performing the regular duties of the position, the incumbent will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock
- Ear plugs, gloves, back braces, safety glasses are provided by the company
