We're looking for a skilled and competent nursing manager for our Assisted Living Neighborhood to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility. As the Assisted Living Nursing Manager you would provide and direct the daily provision of nursing care and activities for the neighborhood, based on RiverMead policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process and adhering to best practices. Provide guidance and direction to Nurses, MNAs, LNAs, and PCAs assigned to the Neighborhood across all shifts to achieve Neighborhood objectives.

Nursing Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure we meet operational nursing standards

• Evaluates needs of the resident; initiates, develops, implements the resident’s plan of care in collaboration with other departments, resident and/or resident’s family.

• Is responsible for the daily operation of the Assisted Living Neighborhood

• Evaluate clinical staff performance

• Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures

Nursing Supervisor Requirements

• Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor

• In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures

• Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare

• Ensures resident care progress notes and summaries are completed with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies

• Current LPN/RN New Hampshire Nursing License

• Current CPR certification
