- Have 10 direct report by overseeing customer service, parts, field service, and preventive maintenance teams
- Manage CRM software for effective customer relationship management
- Coordinate resources for installation and startup of equipment
- Develope, implement, and evaluate service plans for clients
- Test and integrate non-OEM solutions when profitable or necessary
- Supervise service technicians and staff activities, including disciplinary actions when needed
- Collaborate with service administration to schedule work and resolve conflicts
- Organize customer feedback and conduct visits to clients in North / Central America
- Communicating with vendors to enhance machinery quality and support
