Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3 & 4 year old Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate their learning and development through engaging activities and age-appropriate curriculum.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall childhood development
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional well-being of each child
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or requiring early intervention
- Foster social skills, independence, and positive behavior through effective classroom management techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other necessary documentation
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training to enhance teaching skills

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, practices, and Montessori principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage young children
- Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity
- Patience, empathy, and understanding to meet the diverse needs of children in your care
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders in the child's welfare
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with developmental delays or special needs
- Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable
