Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage and administer medications as prescribed by physicians or healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to medical staff
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for patients with special dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Follow all healthcare protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience working as a caregiver or healthcare professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
