Job Overview:
Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to sell cost efficient solar services with our team. This product requires homeowners to put $0 down, it eliminates their power bill and they save money day one; all while gaining independence from the rate hikes the monopoly utility company imposes. You will be trained in face-to-face sales in person and by our online training program. You will go door-to-door to maximize the number of people you speak to daily. Your earnings will reflect your work. THIS IS A STRICTLY COMMISSION JOB. We have reps on the low end making $800 per week and reps on the high end making $2,000 per week. The target annual commission for the average rep is $70,000.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate
- Meet your scheduled amount of knocking hours and maximize the potential of every interaction with each potential customer
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
- Promote solar panel product and service advantages
- Collect customers' feedback about the brand, product, pricing, competitors' influence, and promotions
- Attend sales meetings to learn about our process and to train
Who we are looking for:
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Experience in sales preferred but not required
- Experience explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospect's needs
- Experience handling customer complaints and feedback
- Highly motivated, energetic salesperson who loves selling and is eager for a challenge
