Synectics Inc. is Hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator Near Peoria, AZ
- Coordinate and oversee clinical research studies from start to finish
- Recruit and screen potential study participants
- Obtain informed consent from participants and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations
- Collect and record data accurately and maintain study documentation
- Monitor participants' progress and report any adverse events or changes in condition
- Coordinate study visits, procedures, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, investigators, and sponsors to ensure study protocols are followed
- Maintain study supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Assist with data analysis and interpretation
- Stay up-to-date with current research practices, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, life sciences)
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations (GCP), and medical terminology
- Familiarity with statistical software for data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques (preferred)
- Current nursing license (preferred)
